Yogurt cucumber salad |

Ingredients: 2 large Cucumbers sliced 2 cups natural yogurt 3 spoons olive oil salt to taste pepper to taste dill weed to taste. Instructions. In a salad bowl or the recipient you are serving it mix all the ingredients very well so that all the cucumbers are covered with the yogurt.Store in the fridge so that it is cold when you serve it.
Buen Provecho!Tips: I like to use it to snack in between meals when I'm hungry, you can eat it with some pita bread for a real low carb high energy snack.
