Tabouli (tabuleh)

Ingredients:

2 Cucumbers chopped finely (without seeds)
4 Red tomatoes chopped finely (without seeds)
1/4 Cup finely chopped mint leaves
1/4 Cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 Cup finely chopped hierbabuena (good herb)
Salt to taste
Olive Oil to taste
1 Fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Cups cracked wheat (soaked for at least two hours)

Instructions:

Use a tablecloth to dry out the wheat and set aside.
Combine all the ingredients well, then add the wheat, mix well and cool.


Buen Provecho!

Tips:
If you eat it with some pita bread it will make a lovely snack.
Also check other libanese recipes to make a whole dinner.
Dont use to much lemon, otherwise your salad will taste sour
