Ingredients:

1Can Half Cream
1Can condensed milk
1 Lemon Juice
2Packs round vanilla cookies (Gamesa Maria Cookies)

Instructions:

Blend the cream, the condensed milk and the lemon juice well.
In a square baking pan add a layer of your blended mixture, then a layer of cookies and so on until you have run out of ingredients.
Let freeze and serve.

Tips:
Add just enough lemon, dont over do it or your dessert will be a little bit sour, I suggest you taste the lemon first.
To give it a little extra flavour you can add some strawberries on top of the lemon layer, make sure they are fresh though.
