Ingredients: 1/2 cup black beans (placed in a recipient with water, let them sit for at least two hours) Replace the water you used to soak the beans, then cook them without salt and the cinnamon vine. Once cooked crush them and strain them, add then the orange juice. Heat the sugar along with the orange zest and a cup of the water that you boiled the beans with. Keep the preparation in medium heat moving constantly. When the mixture has lightly thickened, add the beans and continue to stir until you can see the bottom of the recipient. Let cool, refrigerate and serve.
