Molletes (mexican open bread)
Ingredients:
  Refried beans (recipe available in what nots)
  3 cups Grilled cheddar cheese
  1 Bar butter
  5 bolillos (small baguettes)

Instructions:

Cut the bolillos by the middle.
Spread a generous amount of butter on each one
With a spoon spread the refried beans, they don't have to be hot
Finally add the cheese over each one, as much as you like.
Place on the oven until the cheese has melted.
Buen Provecho!
Tips:
I like to add on top the pico de gallo, it adds a colorful rich taste, you can see the recipe at what nots.
