Lady Fingers.

Ingredients:

1/2 Pack filo pastry
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
3 bars of butter


For the honey:

2 cups of sugar
1 spoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 a teaspon of azahar water (lime flower)

Instructions:

Place a pot at medium heat then add the sugar, the lemon juice and the azahar water and let them boil along with 1 3/4 cups of water until the honey takes on a toasted brownish color, place aside.

Melt the butter in low heat until it starts to buble, set aside.

Cut the pastry in 15 x 15 cm squares, spread a teaspoon of the melted butter on each piece, on top place another square and add the butter again; place one spoon of nuts and make the pastry into a tight roll (make sure the filling doesn't come out).

Repeat the process until you have run out of ingredients, with the leftover butter grease a bakin pan and place the rolls one inch apart.
Bake for one hour at 180 degrees celcius or until the rolls start to turn into a golden brown color.
Let them cool and then add a generous amount of honey on top.

Tips:
You can also peel and apple cut it finely and use it in the filling along with a taste of cinnammon. =)
