Ingredients: 1/2 Pack filo pastry
2 cups of sugar Instructions: Place a pot at medium heat then add the sugar, the lemon juice and the azahar water and let them boil along with 1 3/4 cups of water until the honey takes on a toasted brownish color, place aside. Melt the butter in low heat until it starts to buble, set aside. Cut the pastry in 15 x 15 cm squares, spread a teaspoon of the melted butter on each piece, on top place another square and add the butter again; place one spoon of nuts and make the pastry into a tight roll (make sure the filling doesn't come out). Repeat the process until you have run out of ingredients, with the leftover butter grease a bakin pan and place the rolls one inch apart. Buen Provecho!. Tips:
