Ingredients: 2 cups white beans Directions: In a very large pot, fill up almost to the top with water and let it boil on high heat, be careful not to fill it up so that when the water is boiling it will pour out. Add the white beans and let them cook until they are almost tender, don't let them cook to much otherwise they will not mantain their form. When the beans are almost cooked add all of the chicken pieces and let them cook for 30 minutes, then add the potatoes and the carrots, reduce heat, and let them cook completely. Place a large sauce pan on high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, when the oil is very hot add the garlic and the green pepper, let them fry until they are golden, then add the bacon, the turkey sausages and the spanish chorizo. When the bacon is well cooked add the blended red tomatoes and let it cook for at least ten minutes. Add the mixture to your fabada pot, and then add also the green pumpkins, when these are well cooked you can turn the stove of and serve warm. Buen Provecho! Tips:
