Beer Patties

Ingredients:


  • 1 k grounded beef meat
  • 4 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 4 spoons parsley
  • 1/4 cup beer (the one you prefer)
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 100 grams chopped and fried bacon
  • Olive oil, as much as you may need


Instructions:

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients (except the olive oil) well with your hands and let them rest, you can store them in the fridge to cook the next day or let them sit for half an hour, careful though, if it's a hot day it's best to keep it in the frisge.
Mold into medium size patties and fry with the olive oil.

Tips:
I like to make meatballs out of this recipe also, just add boiled egg in the middle, they go great with spaguetti =)!.
