Banana Nut Bread |

Ingredients:
2 Cups all purpose flower 1 Teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup of butter at room temperature 3/4 cup brown sugar 2 eggs beaten 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas 1/2 a cup finely chopped nuts.Instructions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, soda and salt. In a seperate bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended and the nuts. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60-65 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for ten minutes then turn onto a wire rack.Buen Provecho! Tips: Serve the bread warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side and watch mouths water, (for real).
